-KAS Broadband is responsible for maintaining connectivity of our network to the ethernet port on the Cable Modem supplied with your installation.

-All Customer Premises Equipment connected to the ethernet port on the Cable Modem is the responsibility of the customer.

An Email account is created for the Primary Username and Password, for each new KAS Broadband Customer. Some individuals may choose not to use this email account for general email receiving and sending, but, we strongly recommend that all Customers check this email address at least on a weekly basis as this email address is the means that our administrators will use to keep you informed of any activity, maintenance, updates/ upgrades, etc., that are scheduled for our network. This email address is always in the form of: PrimaryUsername@kascable.com and the POP3 server is pop3.kascable.com . Your Primary Password is required to pick up mail from this server.
