Service calls during normal business hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM M-F
If reported problem is on the KAS Cable network or equipment, there will be no charge for the Service Call: Free
If the reported problem is with your Customer Premises Equipment: $25.00
(TV, VCR, Computer, router, etc.)
